Proper dental care begins at home. We cannot stress enough the importance of regular brushing and flossing. It is also important to remember to visit the dentist regularly. Your dentist can help you decide which toothbrush is right for you and show you how to properly floss your teeth. Did you know that brushing or flossing your teeth too vigorously can cause damage?
